Our Core Values

“When solving problems in previous companies, we noticed that leaders who focused too much on their bottom lines and less on the voice of their employees, often missed chances to tackle underlying team issues causing disengagement and performance decline.

We also took measure of how mis-hiring can be costly for organizations and damaging to the company culture. When strong assessment framework were missing, leaders often unconsciously hired similar backgrounds, limiting diversity, innovation, and productive friction in their team and costing companies hundreds of thousands in recruitment and dismissal costs. “ Morad Sbai, Managing Director

We believe that embracing a talent-centric mindset is a powerful strategy for driving sustainable growth for any business.

“We recognized the need for a solid recruitment process and the importance of aligning company culture with candidate aspirations through Employer Brand and communication strategies. We engaged extensively with employees and candidates to understand their stories and met with leaders to explore mindset changes. We made an impact on thousands of people and their organizations. We want to inspire mindsets change for many more!” Ashlee Spinoso, Brand & Communication Director
